Isaac Ramokatela Modiselle is the founding member and Group CEO of Reakgona Group, a distinguished commercial and industrial hygiene company he established in 2000. Under his visionary leadership, the company has evolved into a group of companies with a strong national presence across South Africa and operations extending into SADEC markets including Botswana, Zimbabwe, and Malawi. The group currently generates an annual turnover exceeding R90 million and employs over 1,000 people.

Mr. Modiselle's academic achievements reflect his commitment to continuous learning and excellence. He holds an MBA from Milpark Business School, completed the International Executive Development Programme at WITS and London Business School, and earned a Master's in Management Coaching from the University of Stellenbosch Business School. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Business Management Studies at North West University, focusing on the relationship between executive coaching and strategy execution.

Before founding Reakgona Group, Mr. Modiselle gained valuable experience in education and corporate management. He later served as HOD of Logistics at Technikon Northern Gauteng and as Branch Manager at Rentokil Initial Johannesburg Branch, where he demonstrated his capability in managing complex operations and driving business growth.
